I looked for your Dad at the National Center for Missing Adults website, but could not find him listed there.
I hope you can get to the bottom of this mystery. After reading more about it (I followed the link you posted on the WUAH site) it seems pretty clear that there was foul play. However, it is good to have his profile on as many missing persons websites as possible!
